We started our journey to festival on Friday evening. Our group consisted of Saša with Tereza, George and Peter, who led our car. We get to the place around nine o'clock in the evening and at the castle there was quite exuberant mood. The first concert we cought was very impressive. Filip Topol played on the piano. Performance of Filip Topol was followed by concert of group "Ještě jsme se nedohodli". It is necessary to say that their music is little bit strange.
On Saturday when we woke up we prepared on courtyard black tea and sit by the fireplace. Afterwards we made acquinant with other parts of the castle namely its eastern tower and went to have a lunch in not far away Švejk's restaurant (in Lipnice famous czech writer Hašek who wrote book "Stories of good soldier Švejk" lived at the end of his life and was burried in its cemetary). In the afternoon I really enjoyed concert of Hradišťan and very interesting for me was music group Činna, whose repertoir of songs is international (frontman of the group comes from Vienna). In early evening there was on programme also performace of the theatre group "Popelnytzovo divadlo", which showed play "Katovský šprým". It is actually theatre transcription of one legend from Bohemian Forest. Peter played hangman, Saša played convicted man and Tereza the second hangman´s wife. Whole play was very successful. After eight o´clock started concert of band "Bengas" in main castle hall. All people were happy and were dancing during their performance. Afterwards I was fascinated by singer J. J. Neduha, till this time not known personality for me. I really enjoyed his song "Pavilon číslo dvě" (Pavilion No. 2).
Sunday mornig was more quite and chamber. In castle chapel sang Oldřich Janota with young opera soloist from Bratislava. It was no mistake. Around noon time we started our journey back to Praha with just purchased one litre bottle of mead.
